McNaul Ebel Nawrot & Helgren PLLC was formed in Seattle in 1995 when its predecessor Culp, Dwyer, Guterson and Grader wound up its active practice. Our attorneys have practiced in Seattle for many years and bring diverse regional, educational and employment backgrounds to the firm, including substantial experience with federal and state courts and agencies.

Individually and as a group, our attorneys are highly regarded in the local, state and national legal communities. With 17 attorneys and 17 staff members, McNaul Ebel is large enough to handle sophisticated legal matters and still small enough to provide individual attention, and excellent, cost-effective legal representation for all of our clients.

McNaul Ebel's three main areas of practice are litigation, real estate and business (see the "Practice areas" section of this website for more detail). Our clients range in size from small local firms to some of this country's largest retail chains.

In addition to striving to provide the best service and representation, McNaul Ebel attorneys also believe in the importance of serving the community and providing pro bono service to those who cannot afford counsel. Our attorneys have devoted substantial time and effort to organizations such as the Woodland Park Zoo, the Seattle Symphony, the Learning Disability Association of Washington, Innocence Project Northwest, and the Northwest Women's Law Center, as well as other groups, individuals, and causes.
