Barbara H. Schuknecht
Barbara Schuknecht, Of Counsel to McNaul Ebel, is an integral member of the firm’s litigation team. Her law practice emphasizes commercial litigation at both the state and appellate court levels.
After graduating from law school, she worked for Battelle Seattle Human Affairs Research Center, and thereafter assisted several litigation attorneys as an independent contractor. From 1987 to 1991, Ms. Schuknecht clerked for Judges Robert W. Winsor and Susan R. Agid of the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division I.
In mid-1991, she entered private practice with Culp Guterson & Grader and remained there until the firm’s dissolution in 1995. Ms. Schuknecht joined McNaul Ebel in mid-1995 and became Of Counsel to the firm in 1999.
