Gregory
Hollon
Greg Hollon is a trial attorney
at McNaul Ebel, representing plaintiffs and defendants
in commercial litigation, professional malpractice,
insurance, employment, and business and real estate
disputes. He also has experience in civil rights
litigation. Mr. Hollon has represented clients in numerous
jury trials and arbitrations. He also has represented
clients through the appellate process.
Mr. Hollon attended Stanford
University, earning a B.A. in 1991 in political science
with distinction and honors, Phi Beta Kappa. He received
his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1996, magna cum
laude. From 1996 to 1997, Mr. Hollon clerked for the
Honorable Wm. Fremming Nielsen, Chief Judge of the U.S.
District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
In 1997, Mr. Hollon joined McNaul Ebel as an associate,
and became a member in 2004.
From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Hollon
was repeatedly recognized as a "Rising Star"
by Washington Law and Politics, and in 2005 as a "Super
Lawyer." The January 2007 issue of Seattle magazine
identified Mr. Hollon as one of Seattle's six "Top
Lawyers" in the Business Litigation field. He is
rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell, and received
a 10.0/10 (Superb) rating by Avvo.com.
Mr. Hollon has served for many years as a member of
the Pro Bono Screening Panel for the U.S. District Court,
Western District of Washington, and has given presentations
on professional issues, including trial practice.

of law firm in case alleging securities-related malpractice,
alleged damages in excess of $11 million;
- Defense
of coverage and bad faith claims against insurance
company and prosecution of cross-claims for indemnification
against broker;

of lawyer in malpractice/breach of fiduciary duty
case arising out of securities-related work, alleged
damages in excess of $90 million;
- Defense
of law firm in malpractice case arising out of securities-related
work, alleged damages in excess of $60 million;
- Defense
of lawyer alleged to have committed litigation malpractice;
defense verdict after jury trial;
- Assisted
in representation of Division I college football coach
in jury trial of claims for wrongful termination and
breach of contract; case settled prior to closing
arguments;
- Representation
of minority member of LLC in arbitration of claims
for minority shareholder oppression; arbitration award
in favor of client;
