Avi Lipman

Avi Lipman, a trial attorney at McNaul Ebel, represents plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation, professional malpractice, insurance, criminal defense, employment and business disputes. He has extensive experience and training in handling criminal matters.  Avi has represented clients in numerous jury trials.

Avi attended Oberlin College, earning a B.A. in 1996 in history and religion with honors (Phi Beta Kappa). He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2003, cum laude, and an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2005. From 2003 to 2005, Avi taught trial advocacy and practiced in the Criminal Justice Clinic at Georgetown as an E. Barrett Prettyman Fellow. From 2006 to 2008, he represented clients in King County Superior Court as a trial attorney at The Defender Association. Avi joined McNaul Ebel as an associate in 2008. He is licensed to practice in Washington State, the United States District Court of Western Washington, and New York State.

In his spare time, Avi enjoys hiking, snowboarding, basketball, yoga and carpentry.
