Barbara
Schuknecht
Barbara Schuknecht, Of Counsel
to McNaul Ebel, is an integral member of the firm's
litigation team. Her law practice emphasizes commercial
litigation at both the state and appellate court levels.
Ms. Schuknecht received her
undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in
1979, with a B.S. in History. She then received her
law degree from the University of Washington School
of Law in 1983, where she was a member of Washington
Law Review from 1981 to 1983.
After graduating from law
school, she worked for Battelle Seattle Human Affairs
Research Center, and thereafter assisted several litigation
attorneys as an independent contractor. From 1987 to
1991, Ms. Schuknecht clerked for Judges Robert W. Winsor
and Susan R. Agid of the Washington State Court of Appeals,
Division I. In mid-1991 she entered private practice
with Culp Guterson & Grader and remained there until
the firm's dissolution in 1995. She joined McNaul Ebel
Nawrot & Helgren in mid-1995 and became Of Counsel
to the firm in 1999.
