Nancy Stephenson

Nancy Stephenson specializes in commercial real estate leasing issues at McNaul Ebel, and on closing real estate acquisitions.

Ms. Stephenson graduated with honors from Stanford University in 1974 and from Yale Law School in 1978. She began her law practice with the Seattle firm of Foster Pepper & Shefelman as an associate in the corporate-business department, specializing in banking and securities, where she represented real estate developers in connection with real estate syndicates and mutual savings banks involved in commercial real estate lending. In 1981 Ms. Stephenson joined Security Properties, Inc., a national real estate development and syndication firm, as associate general counsel where her practice focused on real estate development and acquisitions and preparing private placement securities offerings. She returned to private practice at O'Shea & Straight from 1986 to 1988, focusing on real estate and commercial law, and joined the firm of Culp Guterson & Grader in 1989 where her practice consisted of real estate transactions, and general business law. Ms. Stephenson has been with McNaul Ebel since 1995.
