Beck v. Boeing

McNaul Ebel represented current and former female employees of the Boeing Company who sued Boeing alleging gender-based workplace discrimination. The court allowed the lawsuit to proceed as a class action on behalf of all female employees at Boeing's facilities in the Puget Sound area of the State of Washington at any time from February 25, 1997 to July 16, 2004 who worked as non-executive salaried employees (excluding SPEEA engineers in Pay Code 4) and/or as hourly employees covered by collective bargaining agreements with the IAM union. This case was formally known as Beck, et al., v. The Boeing Company.

In summary, the Court approved a settlement with Boeing that required Boeing to pay money to qualified women who timely filed a claim form and who fit within the class(es). Go to www.beckvboeing.com for more information.
