We are pleased to announce that Robin Weiss will be joining our Real Estate and Capital Markets Group. Robin brings with her a wealth of entrepreneurial and real estate legal experience. She previously practiced at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher as a real estate and corporate lawyer where she represented owners, landlords, lenders and borrowers in the drafting and negotiating of contracts and legal documents spanning across all facets of commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, development, construction, financing and leasing.
Robin has represented a diverse group of clients, ranging from private individuals and closely held entities, to REITs, pension funds and institutional owners and investors. Robin has experience representing clients from individuals to Fortune 500 companies on a variety of general corporate matters as well. As an entrepreneur, Robin founded Snacking Seattle Healthy Vending in 2012 and has successfully developed her business to provide healthy vending solutions to schools, gyms and children's activity centers in the greater Seattle area. She graduated from Loyola Law School where she earned her degree with High Honors and was admitted to the Order of the Coif.
Robin joins the firm this week to work alongside Marc Winters, Robb Levine, Robert Muraski, James Babikian, Daragh Hoey and Jordan Rood.
