Kushal S. Patel

Kushal practices in the Real Estate & Capital Markets Group at McNaul, where he represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sales, financing, due diligence, drafting restrictive covenants and easements, leasing and asset management. Kushal also supports the firm’s Video Games & Interactive Media group, on the review, negotiation and drafting of inbound and outbound software and IP licensing agreements, MSAs and SOWs, terms of service, and other commercial contracts.

Prior to joining McNaul, Kushal served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Steve L. Dobrescu and the Hon. Gary D. Fairman of the Seventh Judicial District Court of Nevada; and served as a staff attorney for the United States District Court, District of Nevada.
