The firm is thrilled to welcome Tierney Vial to its Litigation and Trial Practice group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and employment disputes in both state and federal court.
Before Joining the firm, she clerked for Judge Benjamin Settle in the
U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, where she worked on a wide range of civil and criminal matters. Before her clerkship, she practiced in the appellate group at Carney Badley Spellman.
When not practicing law Tierney enjoys catching live music and hiking around the beautiful Northwest.
