Biography
Micah litigates in state and federal court. He focuses his practice on helping people and companies navigate business disputes. His cases often involve commercial contracts, insurance coverage, antitrust issues, or labor and employment claims. Micah has also represented clients in class actions and legal malpractice suits. He has experience at every stage of litigation, including dispositive motions, trials, and appeals.
Micah began his career as an attorney at a law firm in New York. Before joining McNaul Ebel, he served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Raúl Arias-Marxuach of the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
In law school, Micah was an editor of the Notre Dame Law Review and its online publication, Reflection. He won a Best Speaker Award in his first-year Legal Research & Writing class, and wrote a paper about the constitutionality of Puerto Rico’s status as a U.S. territory, which was later published.
In addition to the law, Micah enjoys running, climbing mountains, and playing piano. He speaks Spanish and was previously certified as a DSHS social service interpreter.
