Robert N. Muraski

Bob Muraski is a partner in McNaul’s Real Estate & Capital Markets group and focuses his practice on real estate and finance transactions. Bob has extensive experience in commercial real estate finance, acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, REIT and fund structures, workouts, and real estate fund investment. Bob’s practice emphasizes large construction and development loans, permanent financing, mezzanine financing, bridge loans, and preferred equity financing.

Bob advises private and public funds, REITs, financial institutions, family offices, lenders, borrowers, developers, landlords, and tenants on a variety of real estate, finance, and business transactions. Bob drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements, inter-creditor agreements, option agreements, and related documents; manages portfolio transactions involving real estate assets across many jurisdictions; and supports commercial, industrial, and retail leasing and other property management transactions.

In his spare time, Bob enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and daughter.
