Robert N. Muraski
Bob Muraski’s practice focuses on the representation of emerging growth companies and private established companies in connection with various corporate matters and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and angel financings, strategic relationships, intellectual property protection, contract negotiations, entity formation, and governance matters. Mr. Muraski’s emerging growth practice covers all stages of a company’s life cycle, from startup through liquidity events and beyond.
In addition, Mr. Muraski’s practice emphasizes trademark and domain matters, including registration, licensing, and protection strategies and the management of trademark portfolios. He also has substantial experience in the formation of real estate joint ventures, as well as the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition of real estate projects.

In his spare time, Mr. Muraski enjoys traveling, kayaking, hiking, and surfing.
