Robert M. Sulkin

Bob Sulkin is a trial attorney with a broad practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has litigated cases involving securities law, intellectual property, professional malpractice, real estate disputes, insurance, and issues before the National Collegiate Athletic Association. Many of his cases have been prominent and high-profile. Some of the region’s largest institutions and law firms have put their trust in Mr. Sulkin’s abilities, as have numerous smaller companies and individuals.

Mr. Sulkin is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Litigation Counsel of America.  In 2014 he was named by Best Lawyers as Lawyer of the Year in Seattle for the Litigation-Securities practice area.  He is also named as one of the best commercial litigators in Washington State in Chambers & Partners’ Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business (2006 through 2014), Benchmark Litigation as a local litigation star (including 2012, 2013 and 2014), and Woodward/White’s The Best Lawyers in America for "Bet the Company Litigation" (2006 through 2014). He has received similar recognition from Seattle magazine, the Puget Sound Business Journal, Washington CEO magazine, and Washington Law & Politics.

Mr. Sulkin is a founding member of McNaul Ebel Nawrot & Helgren. From 1995 to 1998, he headed the firm’s litigation department, and has served as McNaul Ebel’s managing partner since 1998.

In addition, Mr. Sulkin has been an instructor at Continuing Legal Education seminars and has given presentations on the legal profession and related issues. He also sits on the boards of various charitable organizations.
