Alice Wei practices in the Real Estate & Capital Markets group at McNaul, where she focuses her practice on the representation of clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, asset management, acquisition, development, disposition, and financing of various commercial real estate properties. Alice counsels developers, real estate investment trusts, property owners, landlords, tenants, and other businesses in the office, multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and hotel sectors. Alice has extensive experience representing institutional lenders and commercial borrowers in connection with secured loan transactions and purchasers and sellers in connection with the purchase and sale of commercial of real estate valued up to $100 million throughout many major markets across the United States.
Alice graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law. Prior to joining McNaul, Alice was a commercial real estate associate an Atlanta law firm where she represented lending institutions and borrowers in real estate and asset based loan transactions. Alice is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
