Andrew Okamoto practices in the Real Estate & Capital Markets group at McNaul, where he engages in a broad range of real estate related matters, including acquisitions and dispositions of property, lease agreements, financings, and development agreements for office, multi-family, industrial, retail, and mixed-use projects.
Prior to joining McNaul, Andrew was a Real Estate and Land Use Associate at a Seattle law firm, where he focused on joint venture development work, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, permitting, title, and zoning issues. During law school, Andrew served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Lois H. Goodman and the Honorable Michael B. Kaplan, of the United States District Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court, respectively. Since 2008, Andrew has been a member of the United States Army Reserve. Currently, Andrew is serving in the Army’s Individual Ready Reserve as a First Lieutenant in the Military Intelligence Corps.
