Jessica’s practice focuses on intellectual property matters, software licensing, entity formation, and commercial transactions. More specifically, in her work with the firm's Tech, Video Games and Emerging Media group, Jessica works with game developers on publishing agreements, brand protection, master services agreements and EULAs. In her work with the firm's Corporate and Commercial Transactions group, she negotiates and drafts business contracts and works on debt and equity financing matters.
Jessica joined McNaul Ebel in 2019 after graduating summa cum laude from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. In law school, she was the President of the Women’s Law Association, Senior Writing Fellow, and recipient of the Dean’s Leadership Award.
In her free time, she enjoys video games, science fiction/fantasy novels, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
