David J.S. Ziff
David Ziff joined McNaul Ebel as a litigation associate in October 2009. He represents clients in a variety of matters, including commercial litigation, contract disputes, professional malpractice defense, and insurance coverage issues. Mr. Ziff also has experience in securities litigation, commercial arbitration, criminal defense, and the representation of individuals in investigations by the U.S. Attorney's Office, the SEC, and FINRA.
Prior to joining McNaul Ebel, Mr. Ziff was an associate at Brune & Richard LLP in New York. He also served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Dennis Jacobs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (2006-2007) and Judge Gerard E. Lynch of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (2005-2006). During law school, he interned at the Bronx Defenders and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.
Currently, Mr. Ziff is the coach of the Roosevelt High School mock trial team.
