Erin G. Howshar
Erin Howshar has practiced law since 1998 and is admitted to practice in Washington and Wyoming. She moved to Seattle in 2000 and has focused her practice on real estate, business, employment, and commercial law. She joined McNaul Ebel in 2007.
Ms. Howshar has extensive experience representing clients in real estate transactions, including secured and unsecured financing, mezzanine debt, purchases and sales, construction contracts, and commercial leases. She also negotiates and drafts a broad range of business contracts, including asset purchase agreements, assignments, commercial licenses, employment and severance agreements, and management agreements.
