Jehiel I. Baer

 Jehiel Baer is a litigation associate attorney at McNaul Ebel. Jehiel’s practice focuses primarily on the areas of complex commercial litigation and employment law. He has represented clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies on matters including insurance bad faith, securities fraud, contract disputes, wrongful termination, and workplace harassment.

Prior to joining McNaul Ebel in 2014, Jehiel served as both Assistant Counsel for the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services and the New York State Office of Fire Prevention and Control where he advised on public procurement contracts, employment law, ethics, and regulatory compliance. Jehiel attended the University of Maryland, College Park and New York University School of Law. While in law school, Jehiel served as a law clerk with the United States Attorneys’ Offices for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Eastern District of New York, and District of Maryland. He was also a student advocate with the Legal Aid Society, Immigration Law Unit, and a Teaching Assistant for New York University President John Sexton. Jehiel was a member of the Moot Court Board and served as an Associate Casebook Editor for the New York University Moot Court Casebook.

Jehiel loves the outdoors. He enjoys backpacking with his wife and greyhound and touring the Pacific Northwest on his motorcycle.
