Nancy G. Stephenson

Ms. Stephenson began her law practice with the Seattle firm of Foster Pepper & Shefelman as an associate in the corporate business department, specializing in banking and securities. She represented real estate developers in connection with real estate syndicates and mutual savings banks involved in commercial real estate lending.
In 1981, Ms. Stephenson joined Security Properties, Inc., a national real estate development and syndication firm, as associate general counsel. Her practice focused on real estate development and acquisitions and preparing private placement securities offerings. She returned to private practice at O’Shea & Straight from 1986 to 1988, focusing on real estate and commercial law.
Ms. Stephenson joined the firm of Culp Guterson & Grader in 1989, where her practice consisted of real estate transactions and general business law. Ms. Stephenson has been with McNaul Ebel since its formation in 1995.
