Serena Sayani
Serena Sayani’s practice encompasses both business and real estate transactions. She works on a variety of real estate matters, including title and survey review and analysis, development, construction, leasing, and disposition of real estate projects, including office buildings, warehouses, large residential apartment complexes, commercial retail centers, and hotels.
On the corporate side, Ms. Sayani works with privately held, startup, and emerging growth companies on debt and equity financings, “Blue Sky” compliance, establishing stock option plans and preparing stock option agreements, and commercial agreements. She also counsels clients on the management of due diligence processes and production in the context of investment and mergers and acquisition transactions.
After graduating from law school, Ms. Sayani was employed at the bankruptcy firm of Shulkin Hutton, Inc., P.S., in Seattle, where she worked with various corporate and individual debtors involved in bankruptcy proceedings under Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. Ms. Sayani joined McNaul Ebel in January 2007.
