Jon G. Tamimi , Associate

Jon Tamimi is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Trial Practice group. Jon has experience with complex litigation in federal district courts around the country, in appellate courts, and administrative agencies. Jon has represented individuals and large corporations in contractual disputes as well as in intellectual property litigation.

Prior to joining McNaul Ebel, Jon worked as a litigator at two boutique law firms, one in Silicon Valley and one in Seattle.

Jon is also a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Prior to entering the legal profession, Jon worked as a process engineer in the petrochemical and biochemical industries.

    Representing defendant Seattle Glass Block Window, Inc. against a complaint for various causes of action, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and misappropriation of trade secrets.
  • The Tire Hanger Corporation v. Shinn Fu Company of America, Inc., et al
    U.S. District Court for the Central District of California
    Representing defendants Shinn Fu Company of America, Inc. and Shinn Fu Corporation against complaint for allegations of patent infringement.
  • Wedi Corp. v. Wright et al.
    U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington
    Representing defendant Hydro-Blok USA LLC et al. against complaint of various causes of action, including unjust enrichment based on misappropriation of trade secrets.
  • Polaris Innovations v. Kingston Technology
    U.S. District Court for the Central District of California
    Represented patent holder Polaris Innovations in a six-patent suit and defended against antitrust allegations.
  • Memory Technologies v. SanDisk and Western Digital
    U.S. International Trade Commission
    Represented complainant Memory Technologies in ITC action concerning five standard essential patents.
  • Automation Middleware Solutions v. Invensys
    U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
    Represented appellant Automation Middleware Solution in a four-patent appeal at the Federal Circuit.
